External R.S.P.P. Assignment

The service

The Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) must be mandatorily appointed by the Employer. Appointment should fall to “competent” individuals who possess professional requirements, which may also be external.

For this, Aequor provides the expertise of its RSPPs who, in addition to performing the functions required by the regulations, assist companies in the following activities:
– Management of relations with institutional and inspection bodies: in case of inspections by inspection bodies, one of our technicians will support you in managing the visit.
– Periodic inspections: according to the needs and requirements of the company’s facility, periodic visits to the workplaces will be planned.
– Periodic meetings with the employer and the SPP: as required by the regulations, for companies above 15 employees, the RSPP will coordinate the annual periodic meeting with the safety representatives (RLS),the Employer, the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP) and the competent doctor MC (if provided), during which the most important issues for the company in terms of safety and hygiene in the workplace will be addressed.
– Continuous telephone support: available to our clients who have chosen to entrust us with the task, the RSPP and the technical department are available to clarify any doubts or to provide information regarding the safety of workplaces, machinery, training and mandatory requirements.

Our Technical Director is a member of the Safety Commission of the Milan Order of Engineers.

Aequor, should the role of RSPP be assumed directly by the Employer, can provide on an ongoing basis all the managerial, technical-specific and regulatory update support necessary for the implementation of the provisions of the legislature on safety, relieving the Employer of all the duties involved.
